At Sagar Group, we believe technology creates real impact only when it is experienced, not just displayed.
That belief defined Baleyo Experience Technology & Lifestyle Meet & Greet (4th Edition), held from February 5th to 10th at the Baleyo Experience Center, Kathmandu.
Over six days, we welcomed 550+ verified visitors, including industry professionals, corporate clients, dealers, students, media representatives, and technology enthusiasts.
More than an exhibition, it became an immersive space where innovation was explored, tested, and experienced firsthand.
From Showcase to Immersive Experience
Most technology showcases ask visitors to observe. This year, we asked them to participate.
Baleyo Experience 2026 was designed as an immersive environment where every corner invited interaction; every product had a purpose, and every space encouraged exploration. Instead of walking past booths, visitors moved through experiences.
They tested. They interacted. They compared. They questioned.

The event brought together the x-Lab ecosystem, including Sys, Connect, C.A.P., and lifestyle solutions, alongside global partners such as Brother, Micropack, and Konica Minolta, as well as innovations like the Innex Cube.
Supporting booths from Chaitanya, Kaspersky, and Nexus added further depth to the experience.
The result was a seamless blend of enterprise solutions and everyday technology—made tangible through interaction.

Engineering Engagement Through Smart Design
This edition, engagement was intentionally structured, not accidental.
A smart ERP-based system assigned each visitor a unique barcode, turning the entire journey into a trackable, point-based experience. As visitors moved through booths, they actively participated rather than passively attended.
A standout attraction was the Dart Game Discount Zone, which added a layer of fun and excitement while keeping engagement high throughout the event.

When Leaders Walk the Floor
Baleyo Experience 2026 was further elevated by the presence of distinguished delegates and dignitaries who didn’t just attend but actively engaged. Conversations became sharper, curiosity deeper.
Mr. Amit Arora from Konica Minolta could often be seen in the middle of discussions, walking visitors through live demos and simplifying complex solutions around printers and Innex technologies. And as Honorable Keshav Prasad Pokhrel, Honorable Balkumari B.K., and Mayor Sushila Adhikari moved through the experience, it stopped feeling like a typical event.
It felt like a meeting point where industry, leadership, and community quietly aligned around what’s next.

When Young Minds Met the Future
Before the industry talks and formal presentations, there was pure curiosity.
Students from various schools across the valley stepped into Baleyo Experience 2026 carrying that special spark of excitement and wonder. What they encountered wasn’t just theory or textbooks - it was real, living technology, interactive and within reach.
They paused longer at the displays, asked thoughtful and sharp questions, and explored the expo with genuine enthusiasm. In many ways, they didn’t just visit — they quietly reminded everyone present why innovation truly matters.
These young minds didn’t only see the future of technology… they stepped into it with open hearts and curious eyes, giving us all a beautiful glimpse of what’s possible ahead.

Conversations Over Tea, Connections Over Lunch
Not everything unfolded at the booths. Some of the most meaningful moments happened in the pauses. A quick tea turned into an unexpected conversation. Lunch stretched a little longer than planned. The Hi-Tea space had a certain ease to it—casual, unforced—while the lunch area invited people to slow down and stay.
And somewhere between those conversations, connections formed not because they had to, but because the space allowed them to.
Insights That Shape the Future
The biggest takeaway from Baleyo Experience 2026 was clear:
Audiences today don’t just want to see technology; they want to engage with it.
By combining experiential design with digital systems and strong partnerships, we created an environment where interaction became the core of the experience, not an add-on.
The Road Ahead
As Sagar Group looks toward the future, Baleyo Experience will continue to evolve as a flagship platform for innovation and engagement.
As we move forward, Sagar Group aims to expand its scale, deepen interactivity, and strengthen global collaborations to make each edition more impactful than the last.
Because the future of technology is not just display—it is experience.
