Finance Officer

📢 WE ARE HIRING | FINANCE OFFICER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations, payroll, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Job Description 

1. Manage petty cash, payments, reimbursements, and expense verification
2. Handle monthly payroll, PF, TDS, deductions, and employee-related payments
3. Process financial transactions and maintain records in Odoo ERP
4. Perform bank, ledger, payroll, supplier, customer, and tax reconciliations
5. Handle leave encashment and Full & Final (F&F) settlements
6. Conduct stock verification and reconciliation
7. Prepare financial, payroll, stock, and management reports
8. Coordinate with HR, Stores, Procurement, Admin, and other departments

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
3. Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, TDS, and taxation
4. Strong proficiency in MS Excel
5. Knowledge of ERP/Odoo ERP
6. Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
8. High attention to detail and accuracy
