๐Ÿ”น Lead and optimize HR operations, including performance management, compliance, payroll, and policy development.

๐Ÿ”น Drive HR technology adoption and automate processes using HRMS/HRIS tools for efficient data management and reporting.

๐Ÿ”น Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and implement engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.

๐Ÿ”น Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management, ensuring alignment with business goals.

๐Ÿ”น Collaborate cross-functionally, provide strategic HR leadership, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

๐Ÿ”น Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

๐Ÿ”น Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in HR leadership and operations, preferably in IT, distribution, or tech-driven industries.

๐Ÿ”น Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS platforms, HR analytics, payroll, and compliance management.

๐Ÿ”น Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and people-first leadership skills.

๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of Nepali labor law, process automation, and advanced HR analytics; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)ย areย aย plus.
