Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist with recruitment process: drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, communicatingΒ Β
Β with candidates etc
β’ Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) across ERP
β’ Support payroll processing
β’ Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.
β’ Assist in employee engagement, training & development, and internal events.
β’ Support performance management processes.
β’ Assist with exit formalities: exit interviews, paperwork, offboarding tasks.
Β Qualification & Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
β’ 1 years in HR, administrative, or office support role.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP.
β’ Basic understanding of Nepal labor laws, HR best practices, and HR documentation
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali & English
β’ Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, able to maintain confidentiality, good interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities; a service-oriented mindset
