Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales officers to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with existing dealers
  • Increasing the number of new dealers
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase corporate sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
  • Following and developing the sales process/developing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
  • Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.

Must have requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets & deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
  • Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role

  Should have requirements

  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Knowledge to conduct market research and analysis
  • Highly proactive
  • Willingness to travel (outside Kathmandu, if required)
  • Strong salesmanship, customer focused and result-oriented
