Job Description:

- Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.

- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Managing the budget of the customer support department.

- Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.

- Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.

- Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.

- Brining new innovative ideas for customer satisfaction and employee’s satisfaction

- Produce weekly and monthly summary management reports on technical support tickets.
- Responsible for monitoring Outgoing and incoming goods at Support

- Ensure the availability of the operational as well as technical resources to the support department

- Monitoring the assigned/respective task of customer support staff as per their JD

- Ensure proper internal transfer records

- Take Customer complaints and reports

- Welcome customer inquiries and complaints and handover to the technical support staff for technical support and assistance as the customer demands

- Ensure all the inquiries are properly responded through calls and transferred to assign technician

Monitor the support tickets and ensure the best support to the customers

- Best customer approach through communication in all aspect

- Coordinate to all technical support staff in achieving high quality service in both technical and customer service support

- Monitor and verify daily timesheet of Customer Support Staff

Job Specification:

- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.

- Prior Experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role 

- Leadership Skills 

- Problem Solving Skills
