Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with HOD to determine workforce analysis

  • Draft job description to release vacancy announcement

  • Assist with the recruitment & selection process

  • Conduct induction/orientation to new employees

  • Coordinate with HOD to develop and implement relevant training

  • Maintain digital as well as manual copies of employees' records with confidentiality

  • Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related queries on a daily basis and support employee relations

  • Provide counseling on company policies and procedures to existing employees

  • Support with payroll process, performance management procedures and other necessary HR projects

  • Support for termination paperwork, exit interviews and clearance process

  • Produce and submit timely reports on general HR activity

  • Perform HR operational support on an Ad Hoc basis

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management.

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR

  • Proficiency in MS Office Package

  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements and equity regulations pertaining to HR practices

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and is task-oriented

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact and build credibility at all levels in the organisation

  • Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and confidential matters

  • Ability to work well under pressure within the team to meet tight deadlines

  • Pay strong attention to detail and deliver the work that is of a high standard

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
