Job brief:

We are looking for a  Social Media & Online sales officer who will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.


1.      Work closely with the sales team.

2.      Responsible for updating products.

3.      Customer Database update.

4.      Responsible for updating products.

5.      Become an advocate for the company on the online platform, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

6.      Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

7.      Communicate with customers via e-mails, phone, and chats.

8.      Provide admirable customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

9.      Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plans.

10.   Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

11.   Implement ongoing trends and monitor online marketing competitors and campaigns.


1.      Proven work experience in simillar field.

2.      Profound knowledge of Online sales and marketing.

3.      Hands-on experience with framework  various selection processes (video interviewingphone interviewing, reference check, etc)

4.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.      Strong decision-making skills.

6.      Bachelors degree on related field.


1.   30 days total leave in a year along with OT allowance
