Executive Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly responsible Executive Assistant to support business execution across operations, logistics, business development, partnerships, marketing, and internal coordination. This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to multiple business functions and grow toward an independent business/operations leadership role.

Job Description 

1. Translate instructions into action plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track project progress for timely execution.
2. Coordinate logistics, product ordering, shipment, delivery, inventory movement, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
3. Support business development through lead generation, proposals, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, and partner coordination.
4. Maintain partner and dealer databases and monitor engagement, performance, and market opportunities.
5. Collect and analyze sales, market, competitor, and dealer information to provide useful business insights.
6. Support marketing activities and special projects, including service camps, branding, seminars, webinars, digital campaigns, and process improvements.
7. Prepare reports, trackers, and business summaries while coordinating across departments and supporting the Project Lead with meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.

Requirement: 

1. Must Have:

1. 1. BBA/BBM or MBA graduate (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
   2. Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
   3. Basic understanding of business/technical equipment and products.
   4. Strong skills in MS excel and documentation.
   5. Driving License 

2. Should Have:

1. 1. Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
   2. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
   3. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

3. Nice to Have:

1. 1. Familiarity with Odoo ERP and Business operations.
   2. Male Candidates are highly preferred.
