We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Assistant to help us expand our corporate client base and manage key sales processes. What You’ll Do

  • EOI Applications & Vendor Listings: Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest and manage vendor registrations with various organizations.
  • Tender Documentation & Process: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents; coordinate the entire tender process from start to finish.
  • Sales & Service Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage sales and service contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant.
  • Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients to grow our business portfolio.
  • Payment Follow-Ups & Recovery: Ensure timely payments from clients and assist in recovery efforts as needed.
  • Target-Oriented Sales: Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Active Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and progress using Odoo ERP Version 18.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to corporate clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Own a bike with a valid driving license (required for field visits)
  • Minimum education: +2 pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment to achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and use Odoo ERP for all job activities
  • Ability to handle documentation, tender processes, and contract management with attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to payment follow-ups and recovery
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Should-Have:

  • Basic sales and customer service skills
  • Experience in preparing EOI applications, vendor listings, or tender documentation
  • Team player with good time management and organizational abilities
  • Ready to work in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with reporting and record-keeping tools

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience in corporate sales, tender management, or contract administration
  • Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP/CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the local corporate market and client network
  • Understanding of legal or compliance aspects related to contracts and tenders
