ERP Operation Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Manager to lead our ERP operations, project management, and digital transformation initiatives. What You’ll Do

• ERP System Implementation & Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP projects (including Odoo and Fresha). Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and successful rollout. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking using tools like Sagar Project.
• ERP System Operations & Support: Provide day-to-day support and resolve queries related to ERP functionalities. Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot operational issues. Create mind maps and system documentation to clarify features. Conduct module testing in staging environments.
• Data Governance & Analytics: Develop and enforce data governance standards for accuracy and security. Regularly review and clean ERP data for optimization and compliance. Analyze ERP data (e.g., employee appraisal records) to monitor usage and adherence.
• Strategic Alignment & ERP Roadmap: Align ERP functionalities with organizational goals and department objectives. Build and maintain a roadmap for future ERP feature expansions or upgrades.
• Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and routine tasks. Implement best practices for project management, timesheets, contact handling, and more.
• Access Management & Control: Oversee and document access rights for ERP platforms. Maintain secure records of access control logs and updates using Excel or other tools.
• User Training & Support: Design and conduct training sessions for end users. Provide documentation and guidance for ERP modules and new features. Ensure adoption of best practices and offer timely support.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or Business Administration with IT specialization.
• 4–6 years of direct ERP functional/support role experience, including hands-on experience with Odoo or Fresha and involvement in at least one ERP implementation or rollout.
• Strong skills in ERP system operations, project management, access management, data integrity, and reporting (Excel proficiency required).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.

Should-Have:

• Master’s degree in MIS, IT, or Business with ERP specialization.
• Certifications such as Odoo Functional Consultant, PMP, or Data Governance.
• Experience with multi-department ERP implementations, ERP feature roadmap planning, and best practices in Odoo modules and workflow automation.
• Skills in data governance, ERP analytics, and user training/documentation.

Nice-to-Have:

• Leadership in enterprise-level ERP transformation or digital alignment frameworks.
• Ability to create mind maps, system diagrams, and flowcharts to explain ERP functionalities.
• Experience in HR appraisal cycle management via ERP, KPI dashboards, and automation.
• Self-learning ability, passion for digital maturity, and contribution to ERP knowledge bases.
