We’re looking for a committed and skilled General Technician to deliver exceptional technical support, maintain our devices, and ensure customer satisfaction across Nepal. What You’ll Do

  • System & Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair printers, laptops, and related systems and equipment.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Read manuals, liaise with other professionals, and prepare clear reports, safety protocols, and maintenance plans.
  • Testing & Recommendations: Conduct tests, interpret results, and make effective recommendations to improve device performance.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Field Support: Travel to off-site locations across Nepal to provide on-site technical support as required.
  • Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients and dealers, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ticketing & Reporting: Update support tickets in the system after resolving issues and maintain accurate service records.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry advancements, attend workshops, and participate in ongoing training.
  • Teamwork: Support colleagues, maintain a positive work environment, and promote SAGAR GROUP’s vision in every interaction.
  • Other Duties: Be available for office or out-of-hours work as needed, and perform tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: Completion of +2 (Intermediate) in any discipline
  • Preferred: Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
  • Freshers are welcome—if you are motivated and eager to learn, we will train you!

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Willingness to dedicate time and travel for field assignments
  • Strong commitment and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license
  • Basic technical knowledge of printers and laptops
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking efficiently
  • Punctuality and flexibility for extra hours during events, meetings, or field visits

Should-Have:

  • Good behavior and rapport with coworkers and clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer and dealer interactions
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Responsible and accountable for assigned tasks

Nice-to-Have:

  • Presentable appearance and ability to maintain a formal and tidy look
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking and internet usage
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (with no immediate plans to go abroad)

Commitment

  • Minimum 2 years of service required
