What You’ll Do
- Server & Network Administration: Oversee server and network administration tasks, including user/group management, security permissions, group policies, printer management, network monitoring, and antivirus/security system operation.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues; manage end-user support and IT helpdesk operations.
- Backup & Data Protection: Plan and execute regular backup operations, implement restoration procedures, and ensure data integrity.
- Cloud & Password Management: Manage cloud-based email and user rights; oversee password management and authentication.
- ERP Administration: Support and maintain ERP systems and related applications.
- Helpdesk & Desktop Support: Lead helpdesk/desktop support to resolve application, network, and hardware issues.
- Network Security: Implement and monitor measures to protect the network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Network, Hardware & Software Maintenance: Ensure routine maintenance of IT assets, including servers, workstations, printers, routers, and switches.
- System Upgrades & Projects: Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware/software upgrades and IT projects to enhance system performance and security.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for IT assets, network diagrams, processes, and policies; prepare regular status and compliance reports.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT products and services.
- Security Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide training and guidance to IT staff; set and monitor objectives, foster teamwork, and support professional growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT management and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of server, network, and security administration
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, backup, and disaster recovery
- Proficiency in IT asset management, documentation, and reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
Should-Have:
- Experience with ERP systems and cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards
- Project management experience in IT upgrades and implementations
Nice-to-Have:
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL
- Experience supporting cross-departmental IT projects
- Exposure to large-scale network or infrastructure projects
