We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant (OCR) to help us expand and strengthen our dealer network in the Outside Central Region. If you love meeting new people, building relationships, and are eager to learn new technologies, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Visit Dealers Regularly: Build and nurture strong relationships through regular in-person visits.
  • Quarterly Out-of-Valley Visits: Travel outside the valley as needed on a quarterly basis to engage with dealers and expand our network.
  • Door-to-Door Marketing: Introduce our products and services to new and existing dealer partners.
  • Call Handling & Follow-Ups: Provide excellent support by keeping in touch with dealers and responding to their needs.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting: Log all activities, visits, and communications in Odoo ERP Version 18.
  • Competitor Insights: Gather and share information about market trends and competitors.
  • WhatsApp Broadcasts: Keep dealers updated with the latest news and offers.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Own a bike with a valid driving license (required for regular dealer visits)
  • Minimum education: +2 pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment to completing daily tasks
  • Willingness to learn and use Odoo ERP for all job activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Should-Have:

  • Basic customer service and sales skills
  • Team player with good time management and organizational abilities

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience in field sales or dealer management
  • Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP/CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the dealer network outside the Kathmandu valley
