We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Officer – BOD Support to collaborate closely with our Board of Directors (BOD) and play a key role in high-level financial management and strategic projects. What You’ll Do

  • Financial Record Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial records, including bank reconciliations.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to analyze and interpret financial data and perform ratio analyses for organizational performance.
  • Import & Cost Management: Compute and manage interest-related calculations for import transactions, maintain accurate records for import costs, and prepare detailed cost sheets.
  • Banking & Transactions: Oversee banking activities, process transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • ERP Integration: Log all activities and financial data in Odoo ERP Version 18 for transparency and efficiency.
  • BOD & Strategic Support: Prepare valuation reports, assist with company registration/dissolution, and calculate net receivables for investments in other companies.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and assist in high-level reporting for the BOD.
  • Compliance & Special Projects: Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and contribute to special financial projects as needed.
  • Company Incorporation & Dissolution: Assist with company registration and dissolution processes, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
  • Proposal Making: Prepare and review financial proposals and reports for strategic decision-making.
  • External Coordination: Liaise with external parties such as auditors, regulatory bodies, banks, and other financial institutions to facilitate smooth financial transactions and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial management and accounting
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Expertise in financial ratio analysis, cost sheet preparation, and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and import-related financial management
  • Proficiency in financial software and Odoo ERP
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license

Should-Have:

  • Basic knowledge of shares and securities
  • Experience preparing financial statements and valuation reports
  • Familiarity with company registration and compliance processes

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience supporting senior management or BOD
  • Exposure to investment analysis or inter-company transactions
