Job Description:
This role requires a detail-oriented individual to support the logistics department by handling sales invoices, purchase bills, petty cash management, and inventory records. The Finance Assistant will ensure smooth documentation and transactions across various teams and departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Sales Invoice and Purchase Bill Entry.
  • Knowledge about VAT and Its Importance.
  • Knowledge Regarding Credit Note and Debit Note.
  • Experience in managing petty cash.
  • Knowledge regarding journal entry and expenses recording.
  • Customer Handling or Customer (Sales -Invoice-Payment-receipts handling)
  • Knowledge in inventory stock IN-Out process system management through Software.
  • Knowledge Regarding Cash/Credit/Cheque/PDC Payment Terms and its importance.
  • Knowledge Regarding the Ledger.
  • Team working ability.
  • Communication between teams and inter departments.
  • Timely report generating ability regarding the above-mentioned works and Knowledge.

 

Additional Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory software.
• Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting-related roles.
