Looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic and professional work environment? We are expanding our team and currently hiring for Front Desk Assistant roles at two locations:
📌 Position 1: Front Desk Assistant – SAGAR Group (Head Office)
📍 Location: Kalanki, Kathmandu, Nepal
⏳ Employment Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (or ongoing studies)
📅 Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
💰 Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience and qualification

Roles and Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure visitors receive top-notch service and a warm welcome at the front desk.
✔ Promptly forward messages and communications to the appropriate departments.
✔ Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries with respect.
✔ Manage the reception area by greeting visitors, handling calls, and distributing documents efficiently.
✔ Handle and maintain a log of official documents and sensitive information.
✔ Assist staff with administrative tasks as required.
✔ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires/interns.
✔ Maintain accurate personnel records and staff databases.
✔ Monitor and manage staff attendance and leave records.
✔ Assist with receiving office supplies and managing inventory.
✔ Perform additional tasks as directed by department heads.
Responsibilities

- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
