Either Viber or WhatsApp or Social, we need to choose which one should be use as Communicatioin Tool with employee from which they won't have any issues or problem with personal number or official number or messages vise versa. 

1. Tools or Apps:

a. Viber 

b. WhatsApp

c. Social

d. Odoo Messanger

2. Profile Picture:

Profile picture must be Professional Picture without Hat, Cap, Style Glass with proper attire which should be similar or matched with Linkedin Profile.

3. Display Name and Surname:

Should be proper name or official name along with surname.

4. Group Name:

Group name should be starting with

a. Department Name or

b. Project Name or 

c. Task Name

along with Group Responsible Person First Name

i.e.; Finance Pranish Group, Payroll Shailee Group, xLab Package Design Ritu Group, Support Shraddha Group, HR Preetika Group so on.
