The protection of confidential business information and trade secrets is vital to the interests and success of SAGAR GROUP. The information which is considered to be confidential by SAGAR GROUP should be kept private. The leakage of such information may hamper in the smooth running of business operations. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to the following:
· Compensation Data
Information related to salary level, allowances, any incentive that the company provides to its employees.
· Customer Information
Information related to corporate or individual customer, which may include but not limited to following - Customer name, address, phone/mobile number, customer lists, customer files and other technical information.
· Financial Information
It includes all the financial information from major to minor. The information may include, but not limited to following – profit & loss account, income statement, trial balance, rent being paid, detail of suppliers.
· Personal Detail and Other Confidential Matters of Employees
· Research and Development Activities
All innovative ideas, and copyrightable material (as decided by the Chairman) created or developed by SAGAR GROUP’s employee in whole or in part, during or after his/her employment with SAGAR GROUP, and which are made through the direct or indirect use of any confidential information or any of SAGAR GROUP's equipment, facilities, supplies, time, or any other resources.
· Proprietary Processes and Inventions
· Any other Information Related to SAGAR GROUP which is not made Public by the Management
The employees are expected to maintain confidentiality related to above mentioned information. All employees are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of employment. Employees who attempt to gain unauthorized access to confidential information, misuse or disclose confidential information without Sagar Group consent will be subject to disciplinary action, even if they do not personally benefit from the disclosure. If any employee is found guilty through a process of investigation carried by Chairman, disciplinary action would be taken including and up to termination.
