1. Greets and welcome guests
2. Ensures the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
3. Answers all client questions and incoming calls.
4. Redirects the phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
5. Monitors office supplies and places orders when necessary
6. Keeps updated records and files
7. Other duties as assigned
